Golf can be played at Washington National Golf Club, and a lovely lake like Lake Tapps is a great spot to take a look at. Bowman Lake gets a normal amount of annual precipitation; the month with most of the rain is December while July is typically the driest month. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 70's to Bowman Lake.       Summer nighttime lows drop down to the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 40's, and during the dark hours in the wintertime at Bowman Lake temperatures descend to the 30's. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Green River, and a journey to Mount Rainier National Park is worthwhile. This lake is so wonderful. There's some exciting stuff to observe at Lake Tapps Dike Number Four Dam in the neighborhood of Bowman                  Lake, and taking a little trip to nearby Driftwood Point is a tremendous idea. All the outdoors enjoyable stuff next to Bowman Lake will keep you coming back persistently. Stay the night at Sierra-rainier, and after a long day outdoors Best Western Peppertree Auburn Inn is a good location to spend a night or two. A spree to Coal Springs will fill your spirit with magnificent feelings, and Bowman Lake is a great location to visit for more than one day, South Prairie Creek RV Park is a great location to camp nearby. This lake is so wonderful.
