Try Ryan Creek. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this site. While you're here at Bowen Lake, you could also stop by wonderful Phalon Lake, and do pay a visit to Lake Roosevelt National Recreation Area if you're here at Bowen Lake. This lake is so wonderful. North Gorge Campground is a nice local campground; while you're here at Bowen Lake, checking       out China Bend is a must. After a long day outdoors Comfort Inn Colville is a pleasant site to spend a night or two; do check out Ansaldo Lake, it's a beautiful lake. Around Bowen Lake you don’t get a lot of rain; most of the snow falls through December, and the driest month is September. At Bowen Lake all through the summer highs are in the 80's. During the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 40's. All through the winter highs are commonly in the 30's;                  overnight lows at Bowen Lake through the winter frequently drop into the 10's.
