The high level of rain makes Bouck Lake a quite wet place; of all the months in a year December is the one with the most rain, and the driest of the months is July. At Bouck Lake all through the warmest time of the year highs are in the 70's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 50's. Highs all through the winter are frequently in the 30's while Bouck Lake overnight low temperatures during the wintertime       are in the 30's. This lake is so wonderful. All our national parks are good locations to pop by, and Lake Chelan National Recreation Area is no exception. The Northern Cascade Range scenery is always beautiful. Now, you may believe that's a lot but there's even more enjoyable stuff to do here in the Northern Cascade Range. Near Bouck Lake you stumble on the Pyramid Lake Trail which is a brilliant hiking trail, and soar down the rapids of Stetattle Creek in a                  kayak. This lake is so wonderful. Gorge Creek Falls is always fun to check out; going for a hike on the Sourdough Lookout Trail is always a nice adventure. A beautiful lake like Wilcox Lakes in the neighborhood of Bouck Lake is a pleasant spot to take a look at; Bouck Lake is nice enough to spend more than a day at, Goodell Campground is a nice local campground. And if that's not sufficient there's heaps more entertaining things to do in the Northern Cascade Range. If you came to camp Newhalem Campground is a tremendous place to do that; you can go for a hike on the Hidden Lake Trail. Bouck Lake truly is in the middle of a striking outdoors paradise. The scenery at Gorge Dam next to Bouck Lake is pretty, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Cascade River.
