If you are traveling by, why not stop by Bottomless Lake. There are other locations here than Bottomless Lake, for example Clear Lake; one of the principal highlights of the surroundings of Bottomless Lake is Dukes Hill. Just can't get enough of the Northern Cascade Range. Lakes? Sure, Cranberry Lake is nearby; since you're here you will meet lots of folks from nearby Mount Vernon-Anacortes. And that's not everything you can do here in the Northern Cascade Range.

There's so much to do here at Bottomless Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Thousand Trails Mt Vernon is a wonderful site for that. This lake is so wonderful. Get dripping wet paddling on Nooksack River - South Fork, and after a long day outdoors Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Burlington is a good place to spend a night or two. Chelan National Recreation Area is worthwhile; whitewater paddling is great on Skookum Creek. Bottomless Lake is one of the lakes here in the Northern Cascade Range. Stay the night at Burlington Koa Kampground, and Mt.Baker is
a magnificent local ski area. This lake is so wonderful. Bottomless Lake is a pretty wet place usually with a good deal of rain; November is the wettest month with most rain, and July meanwhile is the driest month. High temperatures
at Bottomless Lake through the warm days of summer are in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 50's. All through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 40's; overnight lows at Bottomless Lake through the wintertime usually descend into the 30's.
