All year is a great time in the Northern Cascade Range if you like the outdoors. If you don’t       have a problem getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Cispus River - North Fork, and Cat Creek Campground is a brilliant local campground. This lake is so wonderful. Good hiking is available along the Dry Creek Trail, and Cispus River is a good whitewater spot nearby. Life's too short to enjoy all the exciting things in the Northern Cascade Range. White Pass is a very popular ski area close by.
