Beautiful Blue Lake has much to offer visitors. A short visit to Kalama Spring is always worthwhile, needless to say you could also check out McBride Lake if you're here; it's not far at all. This lake is so wonderful. Don't leave Blue Lake without first going for a hike along the Saint Helens Way; get yourself into a kayak and hit Siouxon Creek.

| | here, you might as well have a look at Sheep Canyon, and there's great hiking along the Coldwater Trail. Looking for something in the neighborhood of Blue Lake? Grass Lake is around here; there are some magnificent whitewater spots on Canyon Creek - Lewis River Tributary. If only every spot had this much outdoors enjoyable things, what a great world it would be. Go for a hike on the Toutle River Trail; Beaver Bay Campground is a good campground nearby.

enough hours in a day to enjoy the Northern Cascade Range. There's some flowing water nearby, Coldspring Creek is a stream you can stop at while here, and if you came for an overnight stay Merrill Lake Campground is a perfect location
to camp. This lake is so wonderful. Swamps don’t sound that magnificent but Goat Marsh close to Blue Lake is pretty magnificent, and Best Western Battle Ground Inn & Suites is a fine site to get some rest. Lots of precipitation falls
at Blue Lake; of all the months in a year December is the one with the most rain, and July on the other hand is the driest.
High temperatures at Blue Lake through the days of summer are in the 70's; the night is slightly chillier
of course, mostly in the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 40's; night lows in the 30's for Blue Lake. Blue Lake is a beautiful lake in the Northern Cascade Range.
