Blue Heron Lake is always a pleasure to visit. The Wenatchee Mountains scenery is always beautiful. Be careful coming to Blue Heron Lake, you might not ever wanna return home again. Econo Lodge Wenatchee is a glorious site to get some rest; if you've had enough of Blue Heron Lake, Hideaway Lake is close by. A good spot to camp here at Blue Heron Lake is Lincoln Rock State Park; if you need a location to stay Cedars Inn is a wonderful choice. Really fine

| | skiing awaits you at Mission Ridge, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Blue Heron Lake; Devils Gulch Trail is a brilliant local trail. There's no way someone can get bored here in the Wenatchee Mountains. You're perhaps keen on lakes, Putters Lake is one of those nearby. At Blue Heron Lake throughout the warmest time of the year highs are in the 80's while night lows are commonly in the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's while Blue Heron | |

Lake night low temperatures all through the winter are in the 20's. Blue Heron Lake gets very little precipitation; December is the wettest month with most snow, and the driest month of the year is July. So much exciting stuff
to do in the Wenatchee Mountains, not enough time. Why not camp at Orondo River Park while you're here at Blue Heron Lake; get dripping wet paddling on Entiat River. This lake is so wonderful. A round of golf at nearby Rock Island Golf Course is a wonderful way to kill some time, and people from Wenatchee love to come here.
