You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the enjoyable stuff at Blue Heron Lake. At Blue Heron Lake you always meet someone from Wenatchee, and a pleasant nearby hotel is Econo Lodge Wenatchee. Meadow Lake is a nearby lake that you could pop by. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Blue Heron Lake has to offer, you can camp at Orondo River Park. Blue Heron Lake gets very       little precipitation; December is the month that gets the most snow, and July is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. You can run the rapids of Entiat River in the vicinity of Blue Heron Lake; if you need a place to stay Cedars Inn is a magnificent choice. This lake is located in the wonderful Wenatchee Mountains. Now, you may feel that's heaps but there's even more entertaining things to do here in the Wenatchee Mountains. A day on                  the slopes of Mission Ridge is just what you need. And if that's not enough there's plenty more amusing stuff to do in the Wenatchee Mountains. The Devils Gulch Trail offers hiking at its best, and Blue Heron Lake is a delightful place to visit for more than one day, Lincoln Rock State Park is a delightful place to camp nearby. Do go to Hideaway Lake right next door to Blue Heron Lake, it's a striking lake; Rock Island Golf Course is a glorious golf course close by. All through the summer months at Blue Heron Lake highs are usually in the 80's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's typically in the 50's.
