For the period of the winter this place gets highs in the 40's, and overnight lows in the 30's for Black Rock Pond. But wait, there's       more enjoyable things to do in the Northern Cascade Range. Soar down the rapids of Cispus River in a kayak. Black Rock Pond gets a large amount of water; of all the months in a year December is the one with the most rain, and the driest month of the year is July.
