    Beautiful Black Rock Pond has much to offer visitors. This lake is so wonderful. Black Rock Pond is right by the Klickitat Trail, and a splendid spot to camp here at Black Rock Pond is Pole Patch Campground. You'll beyond doubt wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the fun stuff in the Northern Cascade Range. A good location for whitewater paddling close to Black Rock Pond is Yellowjacket Creek; the Pompey Peak Trail offers hiking at its best.

   lakes? Sure, Tower Rock Beaver Ponds is next to Black Rock Pond; Black Rock Pond is great enough to spend more than a day at, Maple Leaf Campground is a great local campground. Black Rock Pond is one of the lakes here in the Northern Cascade Range. All the water falling down from the sky makes Black Rock Pond a wet place; the month of December is the wettest with most of the rain while July is mostly the driest month.

               region for people who like lakes. Lone Tree Lake is a lake in the vicinity; some of the water close by flows, like Camp Creek. Summertime highs at Black Rock Pond usually tend to be in the 70's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. High temperatures throughout the winter are normally in the 40's; overnight lows in the 30's for Black Rock Pond. That right there is a lot already, but it keeps on going; Black Rock Pond has it all. A visit to Mount Rainier National Park is worthwhile, and you can run the rapids of Cispus River.
If you love the outdoors you'll love it here in the Northern Cascade Range. If you need a place to stay Skamania Lodge is a great choice, and hiking along the Purcell Mountain Trail is good fun.
