Throughout the summertime at Black Pine Lake highs are commonly in the 80's with nighttime lows in the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Black Pine Lake. There's whitewater on Twisp River for all you adrenaline rush seekers, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Black Pine Lake; Devils Backbone       Trailbike Loop Trail is a great local trail. And that's not all you can do here at Black Pine Lake. Shady Nook Basin is a glorious place. Black Pine Lake is usually a quite dried up location; most of the snow falls during December; the driest of the months is July. That right there is plenty of exciting things already but it goes on, the Northern Cascade Range has it all. Get your heart pumping on the brilliant whitewater of Methow River, and if you came to                  camp Crater Creek Campground is a wonderful place to do that. Black Pine Lake is located in the Northern Cascade Range. There's so much to do here at Black Pine Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Blackpine Lake Campground is a great place for that, and the peak of Block Mountain can be spotted from Black Pine Lake.
