What a nice lake Big Twin Lake is. At Big Twin Lake you don’t see much rainfall; of all the months in a year December is the one with the most snow, and July meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the Bluff Lake Trail is always a good adventure, and brilliant hiking is available along the South Fork Trail. You could also pop by Aspen Lake if you're here at Big Twin Lake; it's nearby, and dry warm beds await you at River

But wait, there's more entertaining stuff to do in the Northern Cascade Range. If you need a place to stay Hotel Rio Vista is a glorious choice; if you like skiing, you're in luck; Loup Loup Ski Bowl is rather near. Big Twin Lake is located in the Northern Cascade Range. This lake is so wonderful. There's some flowing water close by, Chewuch River is a stream you can check out while here, and you can run the rapids of Twisp River. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the
Northern Cascade Range. Near Big Twin Lake you find a golf course called Bear Creek Golf Course, and camping at Big Twin Lake Campground is always a glorious experience.
Through the warmest time of the year at Big Twin Lake highs
are regularly in the 80's with nighttime lows in the 50's. High temperatures through the wintertime are normally in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Big Twin Lake. Moccasin Lake Dam is striking and it's close to Big Twin Lake, and get your pulse rate up on the good whitewater of Chewuch River.
