So many fun things to do here at Big Meadow Lake, too great to be true. A great nearby hotel is Comfort Inn Colville, and you're perhaps keen on lakes, Lake Thomas is one of those nearby. The summit of Seldom Seen Mountain can be observed from Big Meadow Lake; camping is available at Lake Thomas Campground. Really fine skiing awaits you at 49 Degrees North. Lakes are delightful; Little Pend Oreille Lakes is a lake       that's right next door to Big Meadow Lake. Big Meadow Lake is pretty dehydrated generally; the month of December is the wettest with most of the snow, and September on the other hand is the driest. Big Meadow Lake is right by the Terry Trail, and a great spot for whitewater paddling is Sullivan River. This lake is so wonderful. Heather Lake Dam is a location that is near Big Meadow Lake, and camping at Big Meadow Lake Campground is always a fine experience.                  During the warmest time of the year here at Big Meadow Lake, high temperatures regularly get into the 80's, and through the night it cools down to the 50's.
