Fanchers Dam Reservoir is a nearby lake that you could check out, and Big Mack Lake is perfect enough to spend more than a day at, Orchard RV Park       is a perfect local campground. Summer at Big Mack Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 80's while night lows are regularly in the 50's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 30's; winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Big Mack Lake. This spot rocks, just explore all the cool stuff to do in the neighborhood of Big Mack Lake. The Mill Creek Trail is a good hiking trail near Big Mack Lake, and if the weather is splendid, you can go for                  a hike along the North Fork Trail. Big Mack Lake is pretty dry usually; the month with most of the snow is December; July is the month with the least moisture.
