Big Lake is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. But wait, there's more amusing things to do in the Northern Cascade Range. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Big Lake; County Line Trail is a great local trail, and a great spot for whitewater paddling is Teanaway River. Big Lake is pretty waterless usually; December is when you get the most snow here; July is when it's the driest. Why not camp at Dickey Creek Campground while you're here at

| | Big Lake, and lakes are such serene sites, why not pop by Cabin Lake.
Through the summer at Big Lake highs are commonly in the 80's. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 50's. For the duration of the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's, and night lows in the 20's for Big Lake. This lake is so wonderful. If you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Yakima River, and close by | |

you come across fine places like Horseshoe Canyon. The Fishhook Flats Trail offers hiking at its best.
If you need a place to stay Best Western Snowcap Lodge is a glorious choice; folks from Ellensburg love to come here. Having
a glorious time in the Northern Cascade Range is uncomplicated. Why not go to close by Musser Creek since you're here at Big Lake, and Bristol Flat is a stunning spot any time of year. This place, Big Lake, it clearly has so much
outdoors cool stuff. Mineral Springs Resort is a glorious local campground, and at Big Lake you can catch a sight of Lookout Mountain.
This lake is so wonderful. Good hiking is available along the Miller Peak Trail; a nice nearby hotel is Stewart Lodge. This lake is located in the wonderful Northern Cascade Range.
