Do visit Hidden Lakes in the neighborhood of Big Hidden Lake, it's a beautiful lake, and nearby you stumble on the Boundary Trail which is a great hiking trail. Stay the night at Ballard Campground, and if you need a location to stay Sun Mountain Lodge is a fine choice. Big Hidden Lake gets very little rain; December is the wettest month with most snow while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Summertime       brings highs in the 80's to Big Hidden Lake, and the nighttime is a tad chillier of course, typically in the 50's. Throughout the wintertime this place gets highs in the 20's, and nighttime lows at Big Hidden Lake during the winter usually dip into the 10's. All year is a great time in the Northern Cascade Range if you adore the outdoors. The Northern Cascade Range scenery is always beautiful. So much entertaining stuff to do here in the Northern Cascade                  Range, too fine to be true. Go for a hike on the Driveway Butte Trail. There's so much to do here at Big Hidden Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Rivers Bend Campground is a great spot for that. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Lost River, and going for a hike on the Monument Creek Trail is always a fine adventure. So many exciting things to do here at Big Hidden Lake, too fine to be true.
