Bertha Lake is a nice lake to visit. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Bertha Lake has to offer, you can camp at Tye Canyon Campground, and a perfect close by hotel is Cascadia Inn. Do set aside some time for Mount Fernow Potholes since you're here at Bertha Lake, and Skyriver Inn is a pleasant place to get some rest. Gotta ski! Stephens Pass is a splendid spot to do that; a splendid panorama of stunning Alpine

| | Baldy is available. All the water falling down from the sky makes Bertha Lake a wet place; all through December this area sees the most rain while July is commonly the driest month. Whohoo, so much exciting stuff in one place! The Northern Cascade Range is excellent! What would winter be without some skiing at Alpental, and while you're here you can take a hike along the Lake Michael Trail. This lake is located in the wonderful Northern Cascade Range. | |

You feel that's enough? Just getting warmed up. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always visit close by Jakes Lake, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Rapid River.
You just can't picture the amount of outdoors amusing stuff the Northern Cascade Range has to offer. Bertha Lake is a good site to camp, Deception Creek Campground is a good site, and if the weather is good, you can go for a hike
along the Lost Creek Ridge Trail. Summertime highs at Bertha Lake mostly tend to be in the 70's. Summer night lows fall down to the 50's. During the winter this place gets highs in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Bertha Lake
are in the 30's. This lake is so wonderful. Get your pulse rate up on the tremendous whitewater of Tye River; you can have a great hiking adventure along the Escondido Trail.
