Now, you may imagine that's loads but there's even more fun stuff to do here in the Northern Cascade Range. Take a hike on the Hunters Trail. A typical amount of precipitation falls here at Bernice Lake; most of the snow falls during December, and July is when it's the driest. Yep, outdoors enjoyable things to do are beyond doubt plentiful here at Bernice Lake. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Methow River; a tremendous close       by hotel is Sun Mountain Lodge. And if that's not enough there's a lot more cool things to do in the Northern Cascade Range. If you come at the right time of year, Twisp River offers some fine whitewater. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Bernice Lake has to offer, you can camp at South Navarre Campground. This lake is so wonderful. The panorama of Star Peak from Bernice Lake is scenic, and you can stay the night at War Creek Campground.                  Through the summer here at Bernice Lake, high temperatures regularly get into the 80's while night lows are usually in the 50's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 30's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Bernice Lake descend into the 20's. The Northern Cascade Range scenery is always beautiful. You could also stop by Dry Lake since you're here at Bernice Lake; it's close by, and Bernice Lake is right by the Duncan Hill Trail.
