Lakes are great; Stallard Lake is a lake that's near Bennett Lake. Throughout the summertime months, highs generally are in the 80's at Bennett Lake, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. During the wintertime the highs are regularly in the 30's with temperatures at Bennett Lake dipping down into the 10's during winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. Sun Lakes       Park Resort is a tremendous local campground, and not far from Bennett Lake you'll locate Haynes Lake which is a wonderful lake. At Bennett Lake you don’t see much rain; the wettest month of the year is generally December, that's the one that snows the most; July on the other hand is the driest.
