     Jenkins-Webley Dam has great water scenery and it's close to Bennett Lake. Lakes are great; Stallard Lake is a lake that's near Bennett Lake. Throughout the summertime months, highs generally are in the 80's at Bennett Lake, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. During the wintertime the highs are regularly in the 30's with temperatures at Bennett Lake dipping down into the 10's during winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. Sun Lakes  
   Park Resort is a tremendous local campground, and not far from Bennett Lake you'll locate Haynes Lake which is a wonderful lake.
At Bennett Lake you don’t see much rain; the wettest month of the year is generally December, that's the one that snows the most; July on the other hand is the driest. Why not camp at Sun Lakes Dry Falls State Park since you're here at Bennett Lake, and dry warm beds await you at Ephrata Travelodge.

Wow what a great w/e. Haven't been to Jack's Resort on Jameson Lake in years, but will make it at least twice a year from here on. The new owner and apparently a crew of regulares have fixed the place up to a quality resort. Super friendly folks, good service and great food. Oh, and the fishin wasn't bad either. Would have been better but Fish And Wildlife decided to plant a bazzzzzillon fry and the big guys I was after were on the bottom burping.
