Northern Cascade Range if you like the outdoors. After a long day outdoors Best Western Sky Valley Inn is a good location to spend a night or two; Bengston Lake is a great location to visit for more than one day, Lake Bronson Assoc Nudist Park is a great location to camp nearby.
Now, you may believe that's plenty but there's even more exciting stuff to do here at Bengston Lake. Lynch Lake is a nearby lake that you could stop by. This lake is so wonderful.

While you're here at Bengston Lake, you could also check out pretty Airplane Lake, and you can stay the night at Gold Bar Nature Trails Sls Ofc. The Northern Cascade Range scenery is always beautiful.
There are some great whitewater spots on Tolt River - North Fork, and hiking along the Mount Defiance Trail is glorious fun. The high level of rainfall makes Bengston Lake a pretty wet site; December is when you get the most rain here while July is regularly the driest month.

Lake Dorothy
This was a beautiful hike, coming out on a lake that was pristine and gorgeous. The only problem is, the hike is really long, steep, up hill, and was exhausting for me. I would consider this an upper intermediate hike....

Boyle Lake
Didn't catch anything. Supposedly fish but, not even a bit....

Lake Fontal
WE USED TO FISH HUNT AND FOURWHEEL AT THE LAKE...We used to ride dirt bikes in the early 70's up to lake fontal, lotsa fun. I remember the cabins and little store that was up there when I was a kid in the 60's....I used to fish on Lake Fontal but now there isn't any fish.Warning: Lake Fontal Road is a dead end that does not lead to Lake Fontal. The lake is definitely not worth the trouble....We used to ride hores into lake fontal in the late 60's. There used to be a small resort there, complete with cabins, boat rentals, always a huge party opening weekend..(?) big foot sightings in the area...could of been the micro-dot....

Lake Alice
14 miles away
Hi, guys. I'm Ryan and I'm only 16 but me and my dad have been fishing lake Alice since I was about 7 its a nice quite lake to cast a line in sit back have a smoke and a brew... fishen there is like a lot of other places but they take the bate there's really no down time at that like the trout there aren't the greatest but when you get a hold over on the line it's a real lunker lol... All in all it's a great lake it has great scenery but we never have to worry about to many people going there... I love the lake and I hope you all have a chance to fish it. the lake is a few miles out from fall city I'm sorry but that is all the info I can give you for now. FISH ON!!!!!!...

Honey Lake
14 miles away
The lake no longer has any trails to it. All trails are gone from nature reclaiming it. The only way into lake is through quartz creek road(no vehicles)2.5 miles. From there it is a bushwack up to the ridge(2000 ft). From the ridge you can see honey lake. 1000 feet down. The bush is thick in that area (45 degree angle going up and down(or it seem that steep). 15 years ago some guys fished out the lake in one day. Before tha the fish were between 18 to 24 inches rainbow. If you can make it you deserve the good fishing. Haven't fished there in 20 years it may not have any fish in it or it has big fish (I dont know never made it close enough recently to fish). Good luck. ...

Rattlesnake Lake
