Beaver Lake is a nice lake to visit. A lot of precipitation falls at Beaver Lake; November is the wettest month with most rain, and July on the other hand is the driest. Summertime highs at Beaver Lake generally tend to be in the 70's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 50's. Highs during the winter are regularly in the 40's, and through the dark hours in the winter at Beaver Lake temperatures drop to the 20's. This location, the Northern Cascade

| | Range, has so much outdoors exciting things. Lakes? Sure, Goodman Lake is in close proximity. Stay the night at Bedal Campground; not far from Beaver Lake you'll hit upon Peek-a-boo Lake which is a scenic lake. All the outdoors amusing things close to Beaver Lake will keep you coming back many times. Take a side trip to Black Oak Creek, and paddling on Whitechuck River is so much fun. Range. Sauk River has a brilliant whitewater paddling spot close by, and on a tremendous day you can take a hike along the Camp Creek Ridge Trail. While you're here at Beaver Lake you can take a hike along the Meadow Mountain
Trail; the best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of nearby Stephens Pass. This lake is so wonderful. White Chuck Campground is a good campground nearby, and you can have a great hiking adventure along the Lost Creek Ridge Trail. Beaver Lake is located in the Northern Cascade Range.

 | 23 miles away 1 PHOTO Stevens has a wide diversity of trails and runs that suits every riding style. From beginner to expert and for those terrain park junkies Stevens has you covered. I think what's special about Stevens is you can find your own little part of the mountain which is all yours, I have 4-5 little runs that cross between trails and off-piste that are all mine. Also the snow is crazy good, powder almost all the time. My favorite runs are Orion, some tree skiing near wall street, and right above the power lines. Stevens also has some pretty sweet out of bounds stuff to so check it out... |
