Camping at Summit Creek Campground is always a perfect experience, and you can run the rapids of Cowlitz River - Clear Fork. For the duration of the summertime months at Beaver Lake highs are usually in the 70's. Summer nighttime lows descend down to the 40's. For the duration of the wintertime highs are frequently in the 30's while Beaver Lake night low temperatures during the winter are       in the 20's. This lake is so wonderful. If you haven’t been to Mount Rainier National Park, you have to schedule some time for it since you're here. Beaver Lake is a wet location that gets a large amount of rainfall; the month with most of the snow is January, and July is the month with the least moisture. Beargrass Butte can be made out from Beaver Lake, and there's pleasant hiking along the Clear Lost Trail. This lake is so wonderful. White Pass has great                  slopes and a friendly staff; don't leave Beaver Lake without first going for a hike along the Three Peaks Trail. Yeah, come up here to the Northern Cascade Range for a magnificent time. Crystal Mountain is a very popular ski area nearby, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Beaver Lake; Coyote Trail is a glorious local trail. And if that's not sufficient, there's a heap more to do near Beaver Lake. Summit Creek is a glorious whitewater spot close to Beaver Lake, and a lake close by is Lost Lake. Be careful coming to the Northern Cascade Range, you might not ever wanna return home again. If you came to camp Palisades Campground is a pleasant spot to do that; Beaver Lake is not the only place close by, Lost Hat Lake is a close by lake.
