If you like lakes and you're in this part of Washington you can check out Beaver Lake. You're sure to bump into some smiling folks from Port Angeles here; don't forget to take a delightful little visit to Cold Creek. Man, is there heaps of amusing things to do in the Olympic Mountains. Calawah River - North Fork has a good whitewater paddling spot close by; don't leave Beaver Lake without first going for a hike along the Rugged Ridge Trail. Beaver Lake is located

| | in the Olympic Mountains. So much fun stuff to do here in the Olympic Mountains, too wonderful to be true. There's fine hiking along the Pass Trail, and camping is available at Bear Creek Campground. For the duration of the long summer days at Beaver Lake temperatures are mostly in the 70's, and all through the night it cools down to the 40's. Lake descend into the 30's. So much entertaining stuff close to Beaver Lake, simply unbelievable. The beauty of mother nature reveals herself at Beaver Falls; here at Beaver Lake you can spot Deadmans Hill. This lake is so wonderful.
If you need a place to stay Sol Duc Hot Springs Resort is a great choice, and if you don’t have a problem getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Soleduck River. Beaver Lake is a relatively wet place typically with
a good deal of rainfall; of all the months in a year November is the one with the most rain while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Clallam River
Campground is a magnificent place to camp, and the Bogachiel Trail offers hiking at its best. Dry warm beds await you at Kalaloch Lodge, and nearby you'll stumble on a wooded region called Olympic National Forest.
