    Do stop by Bear Lake while you're in this part of Washington. If you fancy the outdoors you'll fancy it here in the Northern Cascade Range. Go for a hike on the Grey Rock Trail, and a fine spot for whitewater paddling is Tieton River. Bear Lake sees pretty high levels of rain; during the month of January you get the most rain around here; the driest month is July. There's perfect hiking along the Keenan Meadows Trail, and Grouse Heaven is a fine location here at  
   Bear Lake.
This lake is one of the great places here in the Northern Cascade Range. Summertime highs at Bear Lake frequently tend to be in the 70's; the night is rather colder of course, regularly in the 40's. Daytime highs all through the wintertime are in the 30's; night lows at Bear Lake during the wintertime commonly plunge into the 20's. If only every location had this much outdoors enjoyable stuff, what a great world it would be. Bear Lake is a good
 
               place to visit for more than one day, Bear Lake Campground is a good place to camp nearby.
Stewart Lodge is a perfect place to get some rest. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Bear Lake has to offer, you can camp at Stagecoach RV Park. This lake is so wonderful. Good hiking is available along the Kaner Flat Trail, and Rattlesnake Creek - Naches Tributary is a pleasant whitewater spot nearby.
