Why not stop by Bear Lake if you're passing through these parts. Bear Lake is located in the Northern Cascade Range. Summertime highs at Bear Lake regularly tend to be in the 70's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 40's. Highs through the winter are regularly in the 20's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Bear Lake. You think that's enough? Just getting warmed up. The summit of Angle Peak can be spotted from Bear Lake, and you can have a wonderful

An average amount of rainfall falls at Bear Lake; the month with most of the snow is December, and the driest of the months is July. On a good day at Bear Lake you can take a hike along the Duncan Hill Trail; Entiat River is a great whitewater spot close by. This lake is so wonderful.
And if that's not sufficient there's lots more exciting things to do in the Northern Cascade Range. A nice

location for whitewater paddling right next door to Bear Lake is Entiat River, and if you need a spot to stay Adventure Inn is a nice choice. This lake is so wonderful. There are other spots here than Bear Lake, for example Upper Pawn Lake, and lots of people from Wenatchee come here. Now, you may feel that's heaps but there's even more entertaining stuff to do here in the Northern Cascade Range. Lakes are such serene spots, why not have a look at Pawn Lakes near Bear Lake, and Junior Point Campground is a magnificent campground nearby.
Handy Spring Campground is a wonderful local campground, and if you're here you can take a hike along the Hunters Trail.

Located just 12 miles south of Wenatchee, Mission Ridge has more than 36 designated runs spread over 2,000 acres of trails, chutes, groomers, and bowls with a thrilling 2,250 vertical drop. It could be our snowmaking system that covers 66 acres top to bottom fueled by an 18 million gallon reservoir guaranteeing an early opening every year.
