What a nice lake Bead Lake is. You get a tremendous view of No Name Peak from Bead Lake, and camping is available at South Skookum Lake Campground. The yearly rain here at Bead Lake is about average; throughout December this area sees the most snow, and the driest of the months is July. Just can't get enough of Bead Lake. Why not visit nearby Lodge Creek since you're here at Bead Lake; a splendid place to camp here at Bead Lake is No Name Lake Campground.

| | Dry warm beds await you at Golden Spur Motor Inn, and there are some delightful whitewater spots on Priest River. You're probably keen on lakes, No Name Lake is one of those close by, and going for a hike on the Hanna Flast Nature Trail is always a brilliant adventure. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a site to stay Newport City Inn is a great choice, and nearby you find the Chipmunk Rapids National Recreation Trail which is a magnificent hiking trail. | |

Through the warm months, highs usually are in the 80's at Bead Lake while overnight lows are frequently in the 40's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Bead Lake sink into the 10's.
