It is very dried out here at Bass Lake usually; the month with most of the snow is December, and the driest of the months is September. Be careful coming to Bass Lake, you might not ever wanna return back home again. A lake nearby is Fuhrman Lake, and don't forget to take a good little trip to Highland Creek. Why not camp at Evans Campground while you're here at Bass Lake, and Lake Roosevelt National       Recreation Area is one of the destinations that are tremendous to check out close by. On a delightful day you acquire a view of Echo Mountain from Bass Lake; a great close by hotel is Comfort Inn Colville. Bass Lake is not the only location nearby, Turtle Lake is a nearby lake, and there's whitewater on Sherman Creek for all you thrill seekers. This lake is so wonderful. Marcus Island Campground is a great local campground, and whitewater paddling is                  not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Kettle River. At Bass Lake during the warm days of summer highs are in the 80's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 40's.
