Float down the rapids of Big Quilcene River in a kayak, and tremendous hiking is available along the Deadfall Trail. Bangor Lake is nice enough to spend more than a day at, Erland Point Mobile Home Park is a nice local campground; Oxford Inn Silverdale is a perfect place to get some rest. Summertime at Bangor Lake arrives       with high temperatures in the 70's. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 50's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Bangor Lake are in the 30's. And that's not all you can do here at Bangor Lake.
