A quick visit to Ditney Creek in the neighborhood of Bandana Lake is a great idea, and Bandana Lake is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, Verlot Campground is a splendid local campground. If you need a place to stay Best Western Sky Valley Inn, Monroe is a great choice, and of course, A tour to Tupso Pass is always fun. High temperatures at Bandana Lake throughout the summer months are in the 70's. Summer nighttime       lows drop down to the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 40's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Bandana Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Not far from Bandana Lake, you'll find Tupso Lake which is a picturesque lake, and Meadow Mountain is clearly visible from Bandana Lake. Life's too short to enjoy all the fun stuff right next door to Bandana Lake. There are some good whitewater spots on Stillaguamish River - North Fork; good hiking is                  available along the Finney Peak Trail. Be careful coming to the Northern Cascade Range, you might not ever want to go back home again. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always stop at nearby Saddle Lake, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Boulder River. Bandana Lake gets much water; December is when you get the most rain here, and the driest month of the year is July. Bandana Lake is located in the Northern Cascade Range. This lake is so wonderful. That right there is heaps of entertaining stuff already but it goes on, the Northern Cascade Range has it all.
