What a nice lake Ballinger Lake is. Not much rainfall falls here at Ballinger Lake; December is when you get the most snow here; the driest month is July. Hangman Creek has a glorious whitewater paddling spot close by. High temperatures at Ballinger Lake through the warmest time of the year are in the 80's with night lows in the 50's. If you need a site to stay Willow Springs Motel is a great choice, and why not camp at Williams Lake Resort since you're here at Ballinger Lake. Dry warm beds await you at Willow Springs Motel near EWU, and camping at Ballinger Lake is tremendous fun, Peaceful Pines Camp Ground is a tremendous local campground.
