Balch Lake is a nice lake to visit. This lake is so wonderful. It's always magnificent to pop by Dixon Spring; hiking along the Fifteenmile Creek Trail is delightful fun. At Balch Lake through the warmest time of the year highs are in the 80's. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 40's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's while the cold winter nights at Balch Lake are in the 20's. Whitewater paddling is great on Klickitat

| | River; since you're here you can take a hike along the Cedar Creek Trail. Just can't get enough of the Northern Cascade Range. Lakes are wonderful; McClure Lake is a lake that's next to Balch Lake, and a nice close by hotel is Cousins Country Inn. This lake is so wonderful. sufficient, there's a heap more to do near Balch Lake. Not far from Balch Lake, you'll stumble on Chamberlain Lake which is a stunning lake, and there are plenty of people from Hood River here. This lake is one of the great places
here in the Northern Cascade Range. There's so much to do here at Balch Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Memaloose State Park is a nice place for that, and paddling on Rattlesnake Creek is so much fun. And that's not all
there is to do here in the Northern Cascade Range. You must absolutely dedicate some time to Rocky Flat since you're here at Balch Lake, and close by you come across Rowena Dell which is a splendid place to have a look at. And
if you're still looking for more outdoors amusing things just keep reading. Balch Lake is a pretty wet place typically with a lot of precipitation; the month with most of the snow is December, and the driest month of the year is July.
Going for a hike along the Bottle Prairie Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood, and after a long day outdoors The Dalles Super 8 Motel is a tremendous place to spend a night or two.
