At BJ Lake you don’t see much rainfall; the month with most of the snow is December, and the driest month is July. If you need a place to stay Okanogan Inn is a great choice, and pleasant hiking is available along the Ray Trail. Ponderosa Motor Lodge is a tremendous site to get some rest, and a fine place to camp here at BJ Lake is Leader Lake Campground. Since you might be in a       lake visiting mood you can always visit close by Little Soap Lake; there's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at close by Loup Loup Ski Bowl. This lake is so wonderful. The panorama of Soap Lake Mountain from BJ Lake is beautiful; camping at M Bar J Trailer Ranch is always a great experience. At BJ Lake during the long summer days highs are in the 80's. Summer night lows drop down to the 50's. Throughout the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's while                  the cold winter nights at BJ Lake are in the 10's. So much cool stuff next to BJ Lake, just amazing.
