After a long day outdoors Best Western Rama Inn is a nice place to spend a night or two; Atkins Lake is great enough to spend more than a day at, Sun Lakes Dry Falls State Park is a great local campground. Atkins Lake is a location that is reasonably dried up mostly; the month with most of the snow is December, and July is the month with the least       moisture. There's so much to do here at Atkins Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Blue Lake Resort is a magnificent place for that.
