Get yourself into a kayak and hit Stillaguamish River - South Fork; dry warm beds await you at Best Western Sky Valley Inn, Monroe. These mountains rock, just look at all the cool things to do in the Northern Cascade Range. Ashland Lakes is great enough to spend more than a day at, Hemple Creek Campground is a great local campground. If you want a nice time in the great outdoors just                  come on up to the Northern Cascade Range. There are some delightful whitewater spots on Sultan River, and going for a hike along the Gee Point Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area. Camping at Verlot Campground is always a good experience, and you can have a great hiking adventure along the Finney Peak Trail. Ashland Lakes is one of the lakes here in the Northern Cascade Range. Put some time aside to spend at Twin Falls if you're here at Ashland Lakes, and hey, Bear Creek is a nice local stream. Now, you may assume that's lots but there's even more cool stuff to do here at Ashland Lakes.
