Lake Armstrong is a lake worth visiting. This place, Lake Armstrong, it simply has so much outdoors cool stuff. Dry warm beds await you at Bayshore Motel, and Lake Armstrong is wonderful enough to spend more than a day at, Lena Creek Campground is a wonderful local campground. So much enjoyable stuff to do here in the Olympic Mountains, too good to be true. After a long day outdoors Creekside Inn is a great site to spend a night or two, and at Lake Armstrong

| | you always meet someone from Shelton. This lake is so wonderful. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Mount Zion Trail. Webb Mountain is wonderful and can be seen from Lake Armstrong, and a tour to Cummings Point is always a pleasant idea. Summertime highs at Lake Armstrong generally tend to be in the 70's while night lows are usually in the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 40's, and throughout the dark hours in the winter | |

around Lake Armstrong; Deadfall Trail is a fine local trail, and a good site for whitewater paddling is Duckabush River. All year is a wonderful time in the Olympic Mountains if you fancy the outdoors. Waketickeh Creek is a magnificent
spot to go to, and a great location to camp here at Lake Armstrong is Rest-a-while. Lake Armstrong is one of the lakes here in the Olympic Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. Hamma Hamma River is a glorious whitewater spot near Lake Armstrong; perfect hiking is available along the Mount Jupiter Trail.
