Ann Lake is a nice lake to visit. The high level of rainfall makes Ann Lake a relatively wet location; the month of November is the wettest with most of the rain, and July meanwhile is the driest month. Hiking along the West Fork Methow Trail is nice fun, and on a beautiful day you obtain a nice view of Frisco Mountain from Ann Lake. There's no way anyone can get bored here in the Northern Cascade Range. After a long day outdoors Sun Mountain Lodge is a great

| | site to spend a night or two; a good place for whitewater paddling is Granite Creek.
A good place next to Ann Lake is Heather Pass, and do take a hike on the Mill Creek Trail. For the duration of the summertime months at Ann Lake temperatures are mostly in the 70's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's usually in the 50's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 30's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at Ann Lake.

Porcupine Creek is a scenic stream that is worth stopping at, and some attention-grabbing geology is available here, Lyall Glacier is right here. Ann Lake is one of the lakes here in the Northern Cascade Range. This lake is so wonderful.
Freestone Inn And Cabins is a wonderful location to get some rest; Ann Lake is right by the Rainbow Lake Trail.
So much fun stuff to do in the Northern Cascade Range, not enough time. Camping at High Bridge Campground is always
a delightful experience, and Lewis Lake is a nearby lake that you could pop by. Life's too short to enjoy all the enjoyable stuff near Ann Lake. If you came to camp Company Creek Campground is a splendid location to do that, and you can run the rapids of Stehekin River.
