Go for a hike on the West Fork Methow Trail, and you can run the rapids of Stehekin River. A magnificent place to visit right next door to Ann Lake is Heather Pass, and Lyall Glacier is something you shouldn't miss if you're here. For the period of the summer here at Ann Lake, high temperatures mostly get into the 70's while overnight lows are ordinarily in the 50's. Throughout the winter highs are typically in the 30's with temperatures       at Ann Lake dipping down into the 20's all through winter nights. Ann Lake is a wet site that gets a lot of rainfall; November is the wettest month with most rain, and July meanwhile is the driest month. Lakes are great; Rainy Lake is a lake that's close to Ann Lake, and if you came to camp High Bridge Campground is a brilliant place to do that. Just can't get enough of the Northern Cascade Range. Porcupine Creek flows through this vicinity, and at                  Ann Lake you can catch a sight of Frisco Mountain. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Ann Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Company Creek Campground is a tremendous place for that, and there is a tremendous hiking trail nearby called the Rainbow Lake Trail. And that's not all the things you can do here in the Northern Cascade Range. After a long day outdoors Sun Mountain Lodge is a wonderful site to spend a night or two, and Granite Creek is a glorious whitewater spot nearby. Ann Lake is located in the Northern Cascade Range. This place, Ann Lake, it truly has so much outdoors cool stuff.
