Anderson Lake is always a pleasure to visit. The Olympic Mountains scenery is always beautiful. This lake is so wonderful. Chimacum Valley is a perfect location to stop by close by, and why not spend some time golfing at a close by golf course like Port Townsend Golf Club.

Lakes are such serene places, why not pop by Peterson Lake near Anderson Lake, and paddling on Big Quilcene River is so much fun. This lake is so wonderful. Good hiking is available along the Mount Zion Trail, and get soaked paddling on Big Quilcene River.
There are other places here than Anderson Lake, for example Beausite Lake, and

if you came to camp Discovery Bay Camp-peniel's is a great location to do that. Now, you may think that's plenty but there's even more fun stuff to do here in the Olympic Mountains. There's splendid hiking along the Bear Mountain Trail, and since you're here you will meet lots of people from nearby Oak Harbor.
