    The beauty of Alkali Lake is reason enough to stop by. High temperatures at Alkali Lake all through the days of summer are in the 80's while overnight lows are typically in the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's; all through the dark hours in the wintertime at Alkali Lake temperatures dip to the 10's. Stay the night at American Adventure; if you're visiting from Moses Lake, you won't be the only one. After a long day outdoors Ephrata Travelodge is a great  
   spot to spend a night or two; Alkali Lake is a glorious place to visit for more than one day, Blue Lake Resort is a glorious place to camp nearby.
Alkali Lake is a location that is reasonably dried up generally; December is the wettest month with most snow while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes? Sure, Lenore Lake is close by, and Alkali Lake Dam has delightful water scenery. Hybel Canyon is a tremendous
 
               place to discover; if you need a spot to stay Best Western Rama Inn is a glorious choice.
Just can't get enough of Alkali Lake. There are other spots here than Alkali Lake, for example Bluff Lake.

Wow what a great w/e. Haven't been to Jack's Resort on Jameson Lake in years, but will make it at least twice a year from here on. The new owner and apparently a crew of regulares have fixed the place up to a quality resort. Super friendly folks, good service and great food. Oh, and the fishin wasn't bad either. Would have been better but Fish And Wildlife decided to plant a bazzzzzillon fry and the big guys I was after were on the bottom burping.
