    Aberdeen Lake is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. If you want a brilliant time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Aberdeen Lake. Don't forget to take a wonderful little visit to Blue Slough, and you're sure to bump into some nice folks from Aberdeen here. Aberdeen Lake sees pretty high levels of rainfall; December is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest of the months is July. Aberdeen Lake is located in the Olympic Mountains.
 
   Hoquiam River RV Park is a good local campground, and Red Lion Hotel Aberdeen is a tremendous spot to get some rest. If you need a spot to stay Guesthouse Intl Aberdeen is a tremendous choice, and you're perhaps addicted to lakes, Sylvia Lake is one of those close by. Throughout the warmest time of the year highs here at Aberdeen Lake get into the 60's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's usually in the 50's. Highs throughout the wintertime are generally  
               in the 40's with temperatures at Aberdeen Lake dipping down into the 30's during winter nights.
This lake is so wonderful. Lakes are wonderful; Butte Creek Reservoir is a lake that's in the vicinity of Aberdeen Lake; Aberdeen Lake Dam is an out of the ordinary thing to check out. And if that's not enough there's plenty more fun things to do in the Olympic Mountains. You can run the rapids of Humptulips River - East Fork right next door to Aberdeen Lake. Just can't get enough of the Olympic Mountains. If you came for an overnight stay Artic RV Park and Campground is a splendid place to camp, and an afternoon playing golf at Highland Golf Course is always a joy.

In addition to campers, Timberland RV is home to ducks, crows, pigeons, woodpeckers, blue jays, robins and sometimes a goose or even a swan and numerous other birds, including the heron (crane).
