Go to Worcester Ponds if you want to go to a nice lake. This lake is one of the great places here in the Green Mountains. On a splendid day at Worcester Ponds you can take a hike along the Kettle Pond Trail, and you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Smugglers Notch if you're here. You can run the rapids of Winooski River right next door to Worcester Ponds, and the Hedgehop Hill Loop Trail is a splendid hiking trail close by. This lake is

| | so wonderful. CAPITAL INN is a good site to get some rest. Lakes are tremendous; Hawkins Pond is a lake that's right next door to Worcester Ponds. Having a glorious time in the Green Mountains is trouble-free. The top of Robinson Hill is easily observed from Worcester Ponds, and since you're here you will meet lots of people from close by Barre. And that's not all you can do here at Worcester Ponds. some out of the ordinary things to see. There's so much to do here at Worcester Ponds that you need to camp here for a while, Mountain View Campground is a glorious spot for that. That right there is a load already, but it keeps
on going; Worcester Ponds has it all. A splendid close by hotel is The Inn at Montpelier. Worcester Ponds gets much water; August is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month is February. Stay the night at Green Valley
Campground, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always stop at nearby Curtis Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Get your pulse rate up on the wonderful whitewater of Minister Brook, and close by you stumble on
the Owls Head Trail which is a delightful hiking trail. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors fun things the Green Mountains has to offer. Some nearby water includes Catamount Brook, and beautiful scenery and glorious skiing
is what you obtain at Stowe. For the duration of the days of summer here at Worcester Ponds, high temperatures generally reach the 60's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 10's; winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Worcester Ponds.
