Much precipitation falls at Worcester Ponds; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain while February is typically the driest month. There are good spots to look at along the Kettle Pond Trail, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always check out close by Worcester Pond. This is no site for people who don’t like to have fun. Head up to Stowe and strap some skis to your feet, and there's fine hiking along the Owls Head | |

Trail. Worcester Pond Lower Dam is not far at all from Worcester Ponds, and not far from Worcester Ponds you'll find Hawkins Pond which is a charming lake. If you go for the outdoors, you'll go for Worcester Ponds. A day on the
slopes of Smugglers Notch is just what you need. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors amusing things the Green Mountains has to offer. If you came to camp Mountain View Campground is a glorious place to do that; CAPITAL
INN is a delightful site to get some rest. There's whitewater on Winooski River for all you thrill seekers, and don't leave Worcester Ponds without first going for a hike along the Hedgehop Hill Loop Trail. At Worcester Ponds
during the warmest time of the year highs are in the 60's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 50's. For the duration of the winter the highs are regularly in the 10's while the cold winter nights at Worcester Ponds are in
the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Minister Brook; if you need a spot to stay The Inn at Montpelier is a tremendous choice.
