     The amount of rain that falls at Winooski River Reservoir is close to the national average; August is when you get the most rain here; the driest month is February. Winooski River Reservoir is good enough to spend more than a day at, Stowe Hollow Campground is a good local campground, and you can go for a hike on the Dalley Loop Trail. Through the summer at Winooski River Reservoir highs are typically in the 60's, and the night is a bit cooler of course, commonly  
   in the 50's. Throughout the wintertime highs are usually in the 10's, and through the dark hours in the wintertime at Winooski River Reservoir temperatures plunge to the 0's.
There's so much to do here at Winooski River Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Duxbury Campground is a good site for that; there's whitewater on Mad River for all you adrenaline kick people. After a long day outdoors CAPITAL INN is a fine spot to spend a night or two;
 
               a round of golf at nearby Country Club of Vermont is a tremendous way to kill some time. So many cool things close to Winooski River Reservoir, truly mind-boggling. Very gorgeous scenery and pleasant skiing is what you get at Bolton Valley, and do take a look at Butler Pond, it's a picturesque lake.
Winooski River Reservoir is a beautiful lake in the Green Mountains. So many fun things to do here in the Green Mountains, too wonderful to be true. Gotta ski! Stowe is a great place to do that, and Best Western Waterbury - Stowe is a brilliant location to get some rest. Yep, outdoors enjoyable stuff to do are really bountiful here at Winooski River Reservoir.
This lake is so wonderful. There are splendid locations to discover along the Stevenson Brook Trail, and get your heart beating on the tremendous whitewater of Winooski River. This lake is so wonderful. During your spree to Winooski River Reservoir you'll meet some folks from Barre for sure; going for a hike on the Hedgehop Hill Loop Trail is always a tremendous adventure. Man, is there a lot of enjoyable things to do in the Green Mountains. A striking lake like Light Trout Club Lake next to Winooski River Reservoir is a brilliant site to go to, and there's some flowing water close by, Great Brook is a stream you can visit during your stay.
