If you are in Windham county it's always a good idea to stop by Wilmington Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes? Sure, Spruce Lake is around here, and glide down the rapids of Deerfield River - East Branch in a kayak. There are other places here than Wilmington Reservoir, for example Lake Raponda, and scenic scenery and tremendous skiing is what you obtain at Haystack. | | be. You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Mount Snow if you're here, and paddling on Deerfield River is so much fun.
Here at Wilmington Reservoir you can spot Castle Hill, and if you need a spot to stay Mt Snow Grand Summit Resort is a wonderful choice. so much to do here at Wilmington Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Moss Hollow Campground is a great place for that, and close by you stumble on the Deerfield Ridge Trail which is a glorious hiking trail.
Throughout
the summer months here at Wilmington Reservoir, high temperatures regularly get into the 80's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's, and overnight lows in the 0's for Wilmington Reservoir.
Why not stop by close by Beaver Brook since you're here at Wilmington Reservoir, and going for a hike on the Deerfield Ridge Trail is always a great adventure. And if that's not enough, there's heaps more to do next to Wilmington
