At Wilmington Reservoir you can distinguish Castle Hill, and Haystack has glorious slopes and a friendly staff. Here at Wilmington Reservoir there are plenty of folks from Bennington; get yourself into a kayak and hit Deerfield River - East Branch. While you're here at Wilmington Reservoir you can take a hike along the Deerfield Ridge Trail, and you can hit the slopes at Mount Snow in the neighborhood. If the weather                  is good here at Wilmington Reservoir, you can go for a hike along the Ghost Trail, and get wet paddling on Deerfield River. Now, you may think that's a lot but there's even more cool stuff to do here at Wilmington Reservoir. Wilmington Reservoir is a glorious spot to camp, Moss Hollow Campground is a glorious spot, and dry warm beds await you at Crafts Inn. The high level of rainfall makes Wilmington Reservoir a reasonably wet spot; August is the wettest month with most rain; the driest month is February.
