It's always fun to stop by Wheeler Pond. If you want a magnificent time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Wheeler Pond. The peak of Hobart Mountain can be seen from Wheeler Pond, and you can go for a hike on the Silver Ledge Trail. Life's too short to enjoy all the amusing things in the Green Mountains. Very pretty scenery and great skiing is what you get at Stowe, and nearby you find the Kettle Pond Trail which is a good hiking trail. For the duration

| | of the summertime at Wheeler Pond highs are ordinarily in the 60's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 50's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 10's with temperatures at Wheeler Pond dipping down into the 0's throughout winter nights.

This lake is one of the great places here in
the Green Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. You can run the rapids of Minister Brook in the vicinity of Wheeler Pond, and not far from Wheeler Pond you get some splendid water scenery at Curtis Pond Dam. This lake is so wonderful.
If you're here at Wheeler Pond, you could visit Dugar Brook. There's so much to do here at Wheeler Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Green Valley Campground is a good place for that.
Get your heart pumping on the perfect
whitewater of Winooski River, and Wheeler Pond is magnificent enough to spend more than a day at, Onion River Campground is a magnificent local campground. Going for a hike on the Owls Head Trail is always a pleasant adventure, and dry warm beds await you at Camp Mead Motor Court.
