Do stop by Waterbury Reservoir while you're in this part of Vermont. Having a pleasant time in the Green Mountains is trouble-free. Camping at Duxbury Campground is always a perfect experience, and people from Barre love to come here. The slopes of Stowe are so inviting nobody can resist. | | is a beautiful lake in the Green Mountains. Not far from Waterbury Reservoir you get some great water scenery at Waterbury Dam, and the Stevenson Brook Trail is a perfect hiking trail close by. This lake is so wonderful. If you're here at Waterbury Reservoir, you could stop at Little River, and going for a hike on the Dalley Loop Trail is always a splendid adventure. offer. Near Waterbury Reservoir you find the Hedgehop Hill Loop Trail which is a delightful hiking trail, and a golf course nearby is Blush Hill Country Club. So much amusing stuff to do here at Waterbury Reservoir, too perfect to
be true. In case you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Ridley Brook; Trapp Family Lodge is a pleasant place to get some rest. A good close by hotel is Best Western Waterbury-Stowe; camping
is available at Gold Brook Campground. This lake is so wonderful. Gotta ski! Bolton Valley is a great location to do that, and a glorious spot for whitewater paddling is Little River. Summertime highs at Waterbury Reservoir regularly
tend to be in the 60's, and during the night it cools down to the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 10's; night lows through the winter for Waterbury Reservoir tend to be in the 0's.
