This lake is so wonderful. On a good day at Wallingford Pond you can take a hike along the Green Mountain Trail, and get your heart pumping on the tremendous whitewater of Big Branch. This lake is so wonderful. Have a magnificent hiking adventure along the Keewaydin Trail, and Hampton Inn Rutland is a magnificent place to get some rest. Yep, outdoors cool stuff truly is abundant here in the Green Mountains. Fifield Pond is a delightful lake close to Wallingford

| | Pond; the view of Wilder Mountain is pretty. The Green Mountains scenery is always beautiful. A pretty lake like Little Rock Pond right next door to Wallingford Pond is a glorious place to pop by; a pleasant close by hotel is Holiday Inn RUTLAND-KILLINGTON AREA. There's so much to do here at Wallingford Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Night Eagle Wilderness is a fine place for that; a day on the slopes of Bromley is just what you need. | |

If you want a great time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Green Mountains. While you're here at Wallingford Pond you can take a hike along the Homer Stone Trail. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Wallingford
Pond has to offer, you can camp at Otter Creek Campground. Whohoo, so much enjoyable stuff in one place! Wallingford Pond is peerless! The skiing at Okemo is tremendous. Green Mountain National Forest is a forest close to Wallingford
Pond that you can go to, and if you're here, you could pop by Feller Brook. Wallingford Pond gets a normal amount of annual precipitation; the month with most of the rain is August, and the driest of the months is February. High
temperatures at Wallingford Pond during the summer are in the 80's, and the overnight is a bit colder of course, regularly in the 50's. Throughout the winter this place gets highs in the 20's; winter nights come with lows in the 0's
