     There are some great whitewater spots on Mohawk River; Wallace Pond is a good spot to visit for more than one day, Mohawk Valley Camping Area is a good spot to camp nearby. Not far from Wallace Pond, you'll locate Wallace Pond which is a gorgeous lake, and this is a popular site for folks from Berlin. This lake is so wonderful. Wallace Pond is right by the Number Six Road, and it's a wonderful idea to stop by Leach Creek. A common amount of precipitation falls  
   here at Wallace Pond; August is when you get the most rain here; February meanwhile is the driest month.
For the duration of the summertime months highs here at Wallace Pond reach the 70's with nighttime lows in the 50's. High temperatures throughout the winter are normally in the 20's, and night lows during the winter for Wallace Pond tend to be in the-10's. And if that's not enough, there's a lot more to do in close proximity to Wallace Pond. Take a hike
 
               on the Gore Trail, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Nulhegan River. This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at Notch View.
The Gaudette Tote Road offers hiking at its best. Lakes? Sure, Forest Lake is close at hand. Head up to Balsams Wilderness and strap some skis to your feet, and you obtain a perfect view of Canaan Hill from here.

I had the best time from water skiing to fishing.
