    Wallace Pond is a lake worth visiting. You could also have a look at Wallace Pond while you're here at Wallace Pond; it's nearby; there is a magnificent hiking trail nearby called the Gaudette Tote Road. Mohawk River is a wonderful whitewater spot near Wallace Pond; going for a hike on the Number Six Road is always a great adventure. And if you're still looking for more outdoors entertaining stuff just keep reading. You get a brilliant sight of Canaan Hill from  
   Wallace Pond; you can run the rapids of Nulhegan River.
You're sure to bump into some fine folks from Berlin here, and you can go for a hike on the Gore Trail. Wallace Pond is a good place of typical rainfall; August is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month of the year is February. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Mohawk Valley Camping Area is a nice place to camp.

               here at Wallace Pond reach the 70's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's with temperatures at Wallace Pond dipping down into the-10's through winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. Nearby lakes? Sure, Forest Lake is near Wallace Pond, and Notch View is a good campground nearby. There's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Balsams Wilderness, and it's a good idea to visit Leach Creek.
