    A visit to Walker Pond is always a good idea. An average amount of precipitation falls at Walker Pond; through the month of August you get the most rain around here; February meanwhile is the driest month. The Green Mountains scenery is always beautiful. This lake is so wonderful. Very pretty scenery and great skiing is what you get at Lyndon Outing Club, and Beck Pond is a delightful lake close by.

   Trail, and after a long day outdoors Holiday Motel and Annex is a magnificent place to spend a night or two. Whohoo, so much cool stuff in one place! The Green Mountains rocks! Meehan Hill is a peak you can make out from Walker Pond, and Burke Mountain Campgrounds is a great local campground. Not sufficient hours in a day to enjoy this place. White Caps Campground is a great campground nearby; Moose River has a fine whitewater paddling spot nearby.
In case
 
               you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Clyde River, and don't forget to take a fine little visit to McKinley Brook. Gotta ski! Burke Mountain is a great place to do that. Going for a hike on the Red Pine Trail is always a glorious adventure; lakes are such serene places, why not have a look at Center Pond.
Summer at Walker Pond comes with high temperatures in the 70's, and during the night it cools down to the 50's. High temperatures throughout the wintertime are normally in the 20's; overnight lows in the 0's for Walker Pond. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors fun stuff the Green Mountains has to offer. If you need a spot to stay Fairbanks Inn is a magnificent choice, and close by you find the Shore Trail which is a perfect hiking trail.

Growing up I have had a place on maidstone lake it was my favorit spot at a kid and one day I hope to own another camp up there. I had the best time from water skiing to fishing.
