is a beautiful lake in the Green Mountains. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the entertaining stuff at Vondell Reservoir. Skiing at Twin Farms is one of those things you just should do, and Pond Ridge Motel is a great
location to get some rest. There are some pleasant whitewater spots on Ottauquechee River. There's so much to do here at Vondell Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Meadow Brook Campgrounds is a great site for that.
All year is a great time in the Green Mountains if you love the outdoors. You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Suicide Six since you're here, and not far from Vondell Reservoir you acquire some magnificent water
scenery at Vondell Reservoir Dam. Vondell Reservoir gets much water; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain, and February is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike
along the Barnard Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity, and a splendid nearby hotel is Ottauquechee Motor Lodge.
