Vatters Pond is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. Vatters Pond is located in the Green Mountains. This spot rules, just look at all the cool things to do in the neighborhood of Vatters Pond. There is a nice hiking trail close to Vatters Pond called the Stevenson Brook Trail; if the weather is lovely, you obtain a good sight of Paine Mountain from Vatters Pond. If you want a good time in the great outdoors just come on up to

| | the Green Mountains. On a good day at Vatters Pond you can take a hike along the Hedgehop Hill Loop Trail, and if you like skiing, you're in luck; Twin Farms is quite near. Vatters Pond gets a common amount of precipitation; the month with most of the rain is August, and the driest month is February. A good nearby hotel is Margaret Holland Inn, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Mad River. This lake is so wonderful. | |

Northfield Municipal Forest is a brilliant forest vicinity close to Vatters Pond; a day on the slopes of Stowe is just what you need. This lake is so wonderful. Rustic Restaurant & Motel is a good location to get some rest. There's
so much to do here at Vatters Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Limehurst Lake is a delightful place for that. Yep, outdoors fun things truly is plentiful here in the Green Mountains. The cheerful people of Barre like to
hang out nearby, and get your heart pumping on the wonderful whitewater of Winooski River. Summertime at Vatters Pond arrives with high temperatures in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 50's. During
the wintertime this place gets highs in the 20's; night lows through the wintertime for Vatters Pond tend to be in the 0's. While you're here at Vatters Pond you can take a hike along the Bear Hill Trail; Vatters Pond is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, Lake Champagne Campground is a splendid local campground.
