    What a nice lake Vail Pond is. These mountains rock, just explore all the exciting stuff to do in the Green Mountains. Camping is available at White Caps Campground, and what would winter be without some skiing at Lyndon Outing Club. Summertime brings highs in the 70's to Vail Pond, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Highs throughout the wintertime are generally in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Vail Pond are in the 0's. A glorious  
   close by hotel is Holiday Motel and Annex.
Yeah, come here to Vail Pond for a delightful time. Hiking along the South Shore Hiking Trail is wonderful fun, and why not camp at White Caps Campground since you're here at Vail Pond. This lake is so wonderful. The vista of gorgeous Mount Hor near Vail Pond is tremendous; you can run the rapids of Clyde River. You'll find a scenic lake called Duck Pond near Vail Pond, and charming scenery and delightful skiing
 
               is what you obtain at Burke Mountain.
You definitely have to have a thing about the Green Mountains. Have a tremendous hiking adventure along the Mount Pisgah Trail, and if you need a location to stay Super 8 Motel - Derby/Newport Area is a nice choice. This lake is located in the wonderful Green Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. Big Valley Brook is a great local stream, and do take a hike on the Herbert Hawkes Hiking Trail.
Lakes are such peaceful sites, why not check out Blake Pond close to Vail Pond; Barton River is a splendid whitewater spot close by. A common amount of rainfall falls here at Vail Pond; throughout the month of August you get the most rain around here, and February meanwhile is the driest month.
