     Unknown Pond is a nice lake to visit. In case you don’t mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Moose River; a good place to camp here at Unknown Pond is Lakeside Camping Area. Yeah, come up here to the Green Mountains for a perfect time. Nulhegan River is a pleasant whitewater spot next to Unknown Pond, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Loon Trail. This lake is located in the wonderful Green Mountains.
This lake is so wonderful.
 
   There's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Burke Mountain; one of the major characteristics of the surroundings of Unknown Pond is Bull Mountain. This lake is so wonderful. You'll meet a lot of people from Berlin here, and if you need a place to stay Coos Motor Inn is a magnificent choice. All the outdoors fun things in the Green Mountains will keep you coming back many times. A lake nearby is Notch Pond; camping is available at Big Rock Campground  
               and Store.
Take a little journey to Madison Brook since you're here at Unknown Pond, and there are swamps here too, Ferdinand Bog is close at hand. What a place this is for outdoors people. Lyndon Outing Club has pleasant slopes and a friendly staff. Life's too short to enjoy all the fun things right next door to Unknown Pond. A tremendous nearby hotel is Lancaster Motor Inn; do take a hike on the Shore Trail.
The amount of precipitation that falls at Unknown Pond is close to the national average; the wettest month of the year is mostly August, that's the one that rains the most while February is ordinarily the driest month. High temperatures at Unknown Pond throughout the summertime months are in the 70's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 50's. Daytime highs throughout the winter are in the 20's, and nighttime lows throughout the wintertime for Unknown Pond tend to be in the-10's. South American Pond is a nearby lake that you could stop by, and hiking along the Moose Trail is tremendous fun.
