Why not stop by Unknown Pond if you're passing through these parts. This lake is one of the great places here in the Green Mountains. A quick journey to Madison Brook in the neighborhood of Unknown Pond is a good idea, and there are plenty of people from Berlin here at Unknown Pond. The amount of rain that falls at Unknown Pond is close to the national average; the month with most of the rain is August, and the driest month is February.

| | right time of year, Moose River offers some fine whitewater, and if you like skiing, you're in luck; Burke Mountain is rather near. Whohoo, so much fun stuff in one place! The Green Mountains is great! Bull Mountain is trouble-free to spot from Unknown Pond, and you can go for a hike on the Shore Trail. Glide down the rapids of Nulhegan River in a kayak.

Campground and Store is a magnificent campground here, and Ledges Motel is a great location to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Unknown Pond is nice fun, Lakeside Camping Area is a nice local campground, and going
for a hike on the Loon Trail is always a perfect adventure. Summer brings highs in the 70's to Unknown Pond. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 50's. All through the winter this place gets highs in
the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the-10's to Unknown Pond.
You just can't picture the amount of outdoors exciting stuff the area in close proximity to Unknown Pond has to offer. Lyndon Outing Club is a brilliant local
ski area, and wonderful hiking is available along the Moose Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Swamps can be such exciting locations, go to Ferdinand Bog while you're here at Unknown Pond, and a tremendous close by hotel is Down Home Motel.
