This lake is so wonderful. If you need a spot to stay Days Inn Barre Montpelier is a great choice, and Mollys Falls is an inspiring place to explore during your stay. There is a tremendous hiking trail close to Turtlehead Pond called the Owls Head Trail; a delightful lake like Kettle Pond is a fine place to visit. And if you're still looking for more outdoors enjoyable stuff just keep reading. The top of Burnt Mountain is easily observed from Turtlehead Pond,

| | and if you came to camp Larry and Sons Campground is a splendid spot to do that. Turtlehead Pond is a beautiful lake in the Green Mountains. Near Turtlehead Pond you hit upon the Osmore Pond Hiking Loop which is a wonderful hiking trail, and whitewater paddling is nice on Joe's Brook River. trail close by. For the duration of the months of summer at Turtlehead Pond highs are commonly in the 70's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 50's. For the period of the wintertime the highs are mostly in the 20's while
the cold winter nights at Turtlehead Pond are in the 0's. Yeah, come up here to the Green Mountains for a great time. During your stay at Turtlehead Pond do have a look at close by Boulder Beach, and camping at New Discovery Campground
is always a glorious experience. This lake is so wonderful. A perfect close by hotel is Hollow Inn and Motel; if you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Winooski River. That right there
is a heap of entertaining things already but it goes on, the Green Mountains has it all. During your spree to Turtlehead Pond you'll meet some folks from Barre for sure. Very splendid water scenery is available at Bailey Pond Dam
in close proximity to Turtlehead Pond, and lakes are such peaceful sites, why not stop at Bailey Pond. A typical amount of rainfall falls here at Turtlehead Pond; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain, and the driest month of the year is February.
